Unlike Refectocil No. 2 blue black the shade No. 2.1 deep blue contains a higher blue portion, which appears the more intensive the brighter the natural hair colour is. This eyelash tint suits perfectly to clients with blue eyes or those who like blue or violet eye make-up. Refectocil No. 2.1 deep blue makes your eye make-up a real highlight!
