Express shipping within Australia:

Unfortunately we currently only ship within Australia
All orders are usually shipped with Australia Post or a courier company of our choice, this will be determined by our warehouse team at the time of picking your order and is based on each the size of your order & the fastest delivery method.
Signing for deliveries:
All deliveries must be signed for. We suggest delivery an address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours from 9am-5pm. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be up to the customer.
There is an option at Checkout where you can give authority for your parcel to be left at your selected premises without signature, please leave instructions for parcel placement. We take no responsibility for any claim or loss, damage or other liability under this option.
Changing shipping addres
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 03) 9836 1088
You should expect your order within 1-5 business days depending on the final location. A business day is Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays. We will do everything we can to dispatch your order to you within one full working day of placing your order. However, whilst we usually stock 90% of the items listed on ebeautysupplies.com.au, inevitably we are in the hands of our suppliers. Consequently, delays can occur (please check when ordering).
We will not be liable for delays in delivering or failure to deliver caused by any circumstances outside our reasonable control.
What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?
If you’re waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now:
- The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. So make sure you count the days from the dispatch date, not from the order date.
- If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your colleagues and other staff members to ensure someone else hasn’t signed for it.
Done all the above and still no parcel? Email us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to eBeauty Supplies within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, by email only, to [email protected] . You must advise us of your order number, and reason for return.
Items must be returned within 7 days of original dispatch date in its original condition and include all original packaging. We do not take any responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products not purchased through our online store and vice versa.

Our team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please email us and send it back to us. Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight & re-stocking charges. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. For minor problems we may in our sole discretion repair or replace the products or provide you with a refund. Replacements or refunds will not be issued until the Product Assessments team has reviewed the returned goods.
If you change your mind:
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases, so please purchase wisely.
We do not accept returns on sale items except as required by law.
Refunds are issued through the same method used as the original transaction.
Incorrectly sent orders:
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to eBeauty Supplies within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, by email only, to [email protected] . You must advise us of your order number, and reason for return. If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
If you received the order incorrectly, the property in the Goods remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above.
You will not be charged for re-delivery of items under this clause.
